Guangzhou, Apr. 11, 2011 - TravelDaily (www.traveldaily.cn), China’s leading online publisher and event organizer with emphasis on distribution, marketing and technology in the travel and tourism industries, announced today it will partner with China Air Service Co. to host the 2011 China Business Travel Summit in Beijing on July 14, 2011.

According to the "2010 China Business Travel Survey Report" released by American Express Business Travel, the Chinese mainland’s business travel spending grew by 17% in 2010, the fastest growth in the Asia-Pacific region. Looking to the future, China is expected to become the world's largest destination for business travel within the next decade.

At this crucial moment, the 2011 China Business Travel Summit will bring together some of the world’s and China's most influential travel industry leaders and corporate travel buyers to discuss core issues affecting business travel.

“With the global travel and tourism industry still in a slow recovery mode, the Chinese market becomes the only bright spot: China’s air travel and outbound travel market increased by 15.8% and 20.4% respectively in 2010, measured by the number of travelers,” says Eva He, event director for TravelDaily “Notably, the business travel sector has become a significant contributor to the market’s growth.”

In one day of keynote speeches and panel discussions, industry leaders will explore how travel suppliers and travel management companies can utilize innovative technology to improve the business travel experience and help corporate travel buyers to manage their travel spending.

“Participants in our summit seek solutions that can help transform, drive efficiency and improve their business travel practice,” says TravelDaily’s He. “By working together with China Air Service, one of China’s leading TMCs, we are confident we can create a truly interactive and inspiring event for travel decision makers and travel buyers.”

TravelDaily conferences are regarded as the most prestigious industry events by Chinese travel professionals and global travel companies interested in investing in China.

The 2011 China Business Travel Summit will be held at the Beijing GeHua New Century Hotel, July 14, 2011. Registration will be open beginning May 16.
