AliBtrip, part of Alibaba’s Fliggy platform, is a one-stop digital travel management platform. Unlike traditional TMCs (travel management companies), it leverages Alibaba’s ecosystem to deliver unique advantages in AI applications and intelligent digital management. According to the latest data, AliBtrip has served more than 20,000 leading enterprises, over 1 million growing businesses, and more than 20 million employees who book trips through the platform.

On August 28, AliBtrip launched its one-stop AI business travel solution. The solution consists of two core modules: an employee travel assistant and an enterprise management assistant. The former provides intelligent travel recommendations, booking, and on-the-road services for employees, while the latter supports smart decision-making for corporate travel management departments. AliBtrip AI is currently in beta testing.
So far, the enterprise-facing module of AliBtrip AI has rolled out features such as a strategy center and data analytics, with natural language interaction capabilities. Managers no longer need to spend time on numerous detailed decisions and indicator settings. The AI offers multiple levels of travel expense control strategies, illustrated with simple quantitative metrics and intuitive employee-focused examples, allowing one-click adjustments. It can also analyze past travel data and proactively identify potential issues.
According to the Global Business Travel Association’s (GBTA) 2025 Business Travel Index Outlook Report, employee acceptance of AI booking tools is on the rise, reaching 78% in the Asia-Pacific region.
