DerbySoft, a travel technology company, announced its strategic partnership with Ryanair, Europe’s No. 1 airline. Under this partnership, DerbySoft has been named an “Approved OTA Aggregator.” This marks a significant step forward in DerbySoft’s expansion into flight technology, following its acquisition of PKFARE, a specialist in air content and hotel inventory aggregation and distribution.
Under the agreement, DerbySoft is authorized to distribute the exclusive fares and ancillaries of Ryanair to its network of distribution customers, enabling their customers to book Ryanair’s market-leading fares across more than 230 destinations and delivering a seamless travel experience — all via a trusted and authorized channel.
The partnership reflects Ryanair’s selective approach to distribution, working only with approved partners to ensure price transparency, customer protection, and compliance. By choosing DerbySoft, Ryanair expands its reach through a reliable and authorized channel, ensuring that travelers benefit from accurate pricing and a seamless booking experience.
This announcement coincides with DerbySoft’s broader expansion into the airline technology space through the launch of a new solution designed to connect flight content between airline companies and distributors. The flight services offering will streamline and enhance air content distribution, leveraging DerbySoft’s established technology infrastructure and its experience in travel commerce. The flight division is being led by Jason Sui, newly appointed Divisional CEO for Flight Services at DerbySoft.
