Hotel giant Accor and Air France KLM are planning a “dual reward” loyalty scheme for both companies’ customers around the world.
The two France-based firms said this was the “first time in the European travel industry a dual reward scheme has been offered”.
The deal will allow members of Air France KLM’s Flying Blue and Le Club AccorHotels loyalty programmes to simultaneously earn Miles+Points rewards across all flight and hotel bookings, as well as more ways to redeem their points and miles.
The move is building on an existing partnership between the two companies. Air France KLM last year relaunched its Corporate Benefits Programme with 14 exclusive perks for flights on a selection of carriers.
