Users can quickly and easily find the property they want using innovative web 2.0 tools and customer reviews, and can either book on the site or directly through hotels’ own websites, ensuring they always get the best possible price.

Hotels maintain control of pricing, manage inventory easily and avoid revenue delays. At the hotel’s discretion, customers can book through the site at 10 percent flat commission, deducted at time of booking or alternatively the hotel can elect to pay on a CPC basis and drive traffic direct to their own websites.

The new website will be the key consumer brand of Web Reservations International (WRI) and will automatically list all properties hosted on its current platforms, including Worldres, Trav.com and Hostelworld.com. WRI has slept over 20 million people since its inception in 1999 and remains focused on low cost distribution in the travel sector.
