Expedia Signs New Long-Term Strategic Agreement With Frontier Airlines

BELLEVUE, Wash., Feb. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Expedia, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXPE - News), the world's leading online travel company, today announced it has signed a new long-term strategic agreement with Frontier Airlines.

With this new four-year partnership agreement in place, Frontier Airlines´ fares, schedules and inventory will be available through Expedia, Inc.´s portfolio of brands. As part of this relationship, Frontier Airlines will be included in the opaque and retail fares offered on discount travel site Hotwire.com(TM). Finally, Frontier Airlines will be expanding their involvement with Expedia® Corporate Travel, deepening Frontier´s relationship and alignment with this important source of corporate demand and business travelers.

This new contract enables Frontier to benefit from Expedia, Inc.´s online travel expertise, broad reach and targeted merchandising opportunities and gives Expedia travelers greater access to Frontier´s distinctive, high-quality and low-priced air travel product.
