China’s narrow-body passenger aircraft C919 has received another major order from China’s national carrier, a move that will boost COMAC's production on the aircraft model and financial prospects.
Expectedly, the delivery schedule starts this year as the model is in its initial days of aviation industry acceptance, these 100 aircraft are planned to be delivered to Air China in batches from 2024 to 2031.
After fair negotiations between the buyer and the seller, COMAC gave Air China a larger price discount for purchasing the aircraft, so the actual consideration for this transaction was lower than the aforementioned basic price of the aircraft.
