Following the global launch of American Express Global Advisory Services last year, Joakim Johansson has been appointed Vice President of Advisory Services, EMEA. He will spearhead the team, focusing on providing insights and capabilities required to deliver tangible ROI from the globalisation of the three travel specialty practice lines within Advisory Services; Policy Consulting, Strategic Sourcing and Process Management.

Johansson joined American Express in 1998 and has most recently held the position of Vice President Strategic Planning, Global Travel Services reporting to Charles Petruccelli, President of American Express Global Travel Services.

Also, Michael Rouse has been appointed to the new position of Global Field Strategy & Effectiveness. Managing this global role from Europe, he will play a fundamental role in enabling best in class Sales and Client Management teams through strategic insight, training and solutions delivery.

Brian Mogler has been appointed Vice President and General Manager, Customer Service Delivery, Business Travel EMEA. He takes up the role from Suzan Kereere.
