Transaction platform Shoukeyi announces A round of strategic investment
Cloud-based travel distribution platform Shoukeyi has acquired tens of millions of yuan in its A round of financing from ChunXiao Capital.
Cloud-based B2B transaction platform Shoukeyi.com announced on August 23 that it has received tens of millions of yuan in the A round of financing. The financing was backed by JinDouYun Trip, Chunxiao Capital’s core strategic tourism project that specializes in tourism B2B, CRM, ERP, Internet finance and other fields.
Shoukeyi, established in November 2013, is a one-stop cloud platform for travel distribution focusing on the upgrading of the “tourism+Internet” industry and providing online distribution and information solutions for travel product suppliers and distributors through Internet technology. It received multi-million Pre-A round financing in early 2016.
The products of Shoukeyi include:
Cloud ground-handling – A professional ERP management system for local ground-handling tour operators, offering online functions for product release, order management, rating adjustment, ground operation, financial management and data analysis, and for connecting to major e-commerce platforms through API interface. It enables sharing of products, prices, scheduling, inventory and orders at the press of a button and enhances the efficiency of management and distribution;
Shoukeyi – A one-stop cloud-based distribution platform providing rich, fast, high-standard and cost-effective services covering local tours, outbound tours, domestic tours, ticketing, hotel, visa, insurance and transfer service;
Micro-reception APP – A mobile tool for local tour wholesalers to acquire tourists and to help them upgrade services of mobile e-commerce, itinerary inquiries, booking, and payment.
Shoukeyi and JinDouYun Trip will develop synergy in their strategic cooperation, in system, product, marketing and other aspects, to jointly create a healthy tourism supply chain ecosystem. The arrangement is that Shoukeyi will further explore the South China market and connect online and offline channels to enhance the ability to acquire tourists, whereas JinDouYun mainly handles the business in North, East and Southwest China.
