Hong Kong-listed investment firm Orient Victory China Holdings announced on 10 March, 2017 that its fully-owned subsidiary Yield Quality Investment has entered into an agreement to buy 78% shares of Nibou Company Limited, a Japanese hotel company, for JPY 103,740,000 (USD 903,163).
Nibou owns and operates Hotel Sankeien, a hotel located at Jozankei-onsen, Minami-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
