Air France-KLM is set to unveil a three-year cost-cutting plan of up to 1.5 billion euros ($2 billion) when the Franco-Dutch airline releases its full-year results in May, according to a French weekly magazine. (3/29/2007)
As per the information available, Challenges said in its Thursday edition, a preview of which was made available to Reuters, said the cost cuts of between 1 billion euros and 1.5 billion euros will affect the leasing of planes.
Air France declined to comment on the report.
