Outbound chauffeured and tour guide service Hi Guides has received RMB 120 million in its series B round and is about to launch its B+ round.

Outbound ride-hailing and tour-guiding platform Hi Guides announced on August 12 that the company has raised RMB 120 million in its series B round. The round has Founder H Fund, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Founder Securities, as the lead investor. Hi Guides also announced that it will initiate its B+ round soon.

Founded in December 2014, the “Chinese Airbnb of outbound ride-hailing and tour-guiding” aggregates around 100,000 Chinese-speaking tour guides to provide Chinese outbound tourists with picking-up, dropping-off and chartered ride services in more than 60 countries and 1,500 cities worldwide.

The company announced last September that it had raised RMB 48 million in its series A round, which was backed by investors including SSC Fund, Gobi Partners, GSUM and Zuoyu Capital. (Translated by Jerry)
