Shanghai, China, 04 September, 2015 --  conxxe,  a new generation platform from the Holiday Taxis group has launched its global airport transfer service for the Chinese and APAC Region source markets, to provide easy and comfortable transfer solutions between airports and hotels around the world.

Established in 2002, the company is headquartered in Brighton (UK), conxxe offers ground transportation options for customers across 120 countries / over 10,000 destinations around the world. Taking 13 years trading heritage and millions of satisfied customers, the conxxe platform puts the OTA, Airline, Tour Operator and Travel Agency partners in full control of driving valuable ancillary revenues, whilst ensuring their customers are delighted with quality, yet highly competitively priced airport transfer options with the widest product range available.

With the newly setup APAC regional office in Shanghai, conxxe has established strategic business partnerships with the mainstream OTAs in China to introduce the high standard transfer products to the Chinese outbound travellers.  Moving forward, conxxe is aiming for wider B2B co-operations and product / service localization in the Chinese and regional APAC markets.

To launch the conxxe operations in APAC and based in the Shanghai HQ, Yan Gray, Vice President of Distribution for the China and APAC regions, commented “Since we launched our transfer services for the China outbound travellers, we have been delighted with the interest and support we have received from a number of high profile OTA’s and Travel Agency groups to date.  We believe that our mobile solutions which join together pre-booking and in-destination booking requirements will be highly relevant to the Chinese outbound travel industry and, of course, the travellers themselves”.

Also to comment was Ian Coyle, Deputy CEO and EVP Global Sales, who added, “We are delighted to have secured the services of Yan Gray to lead our operations in the China source market.  We are equally as delighted and honoured to be a co-sponsor of the forthcoming China Travel Daily conference over 16-17 September.  I look forward to attending the conference myself, along with our CEO, Peter Hilton, and members of the conxxe team, where we hope to display at our exhibition booth how conxxe can add valuable ancillary revenues and customer satisfaction”.
