Kayak prices IPO at up to $25 per share, hopes to raise $100 million
Kayak says it hopes to raise around $100 million from selling just over four million Class A shares at $25 each.
Don’t rub your eyes – 21 months after announcing its intention to hit the public financial markets, Kayak is almost there, setting an opening share price at $25.
The company officially starts its investor roadshow this week, has revealed its most recent results and outlined how much it hopes to raise from the offering.
The offering is expected to price on or about the week of July 16, the company says.
