Sydney, Australia-based Jayride has raised $3.5 million to further develop its global airport transfer marketplace.
The investment comes from Thorney Investment Group, new and existing institutional investors, shareholders, board and management.
An additional investment opportunity for shareholders could raise another $1.5 million, bringing the total to $5 million in new capital.
Jayride says it connects about 500,000 travelers a year to 3,300 ride-hail brands, limo and chauffeur services and shuttle buses at more than 1,500 airports in more than 100 countries.
It operates both B2C and B2B models with an API that distributes rides through partners such as Flight Centre, Expedia, Skyscanner and Rome2rio.
