Outdoor activity specialist Yonder has been acquired by Luvbyrd founder Mike Keshian.
The four-year-old company helps users find and share outdoor leisure trips such as hiking and fishing.
It received seed funding of $2 million in 2015 from Vermont Seed Capital Fund, Monster Worldwide and private angel investors.
Luvbyrd is a dating app that aims to match individuals who like outdoor adventure.
Keshian says:“We plan to enhance the app with new features and upgrades including Yonder Adventures and Trips, private and group messaging and more meet-ups.”
