AccorHotels acquires Availpro, expanding its digital services business
AccorHotels acquired Availpro, a channel management company that claims more than 6,500 clients.
In its second acquisition in as many days, AccorHotels acquired Availpro, a channel management company that claims more than 6,500 clients. The deal builds on its digital services division for independent hoteliers, which Accor began assembling two years ago with the acquisition of Fastbooking.
The Availpro purchase follows the acquisition of VeryChic, an online platform for deals on hotels, apartments, cruises and other leisure break, which gives it an entrée into the private sales business.
Terms of both deals were not disclosed.
