Beijing Capital International Airport registered net profit of RMB 905 million in the first half of the year, up by 9.5% YoY. Operating revenues rose 1.98% YoY to RMB 4.24 billion. The company’s aeronautical revenues were RMB 2.34 billion, 4.6% more than the same period of the previous year. Non-aeronautical revenues were RMB 1.9 billion, representing a decrease of 1.1% YoY.
The company’s aircraft movements reached 297,718 sorties, up by 2.21% YoY. Passenger throughput reached 45,596,155 person-times, 3.46% more than the same period of the previous year. Cargo and mail throughput reached 900,553 tonnes, up by 0.41% YoY.
