Sabre Corporation announced that the company's revenue declined nearly 92% to USD 83 million in the second quarter this year.

Sean Menke, President and CEO of Sabre, said, "although we exited the quarter with positive net air bookings in June for the first time since early March and stronger improvement in hotel bookings, the overall travel environment remains severely depressed."

The GDS platform completed integration with Google Cloud and delivered first phase of Google Flight Search Availability.

Sabre said it remains committed to the partnership with Accor.

Operating loss was USD 384 million, versus operating income of USD 82 million in the second quarter of 2019. The decline in operating results in the quarter was primarily due to the significant decline in revenue driven by COVID-19, as well as USD 48 million in restructuring charges related to our cost savings actions.
