This new solution utilises Revelex’s shopping and booking capabilities in combination with direct-connect technology. Together, this will allow Galileo’s customers to shop across leading cruise lines, packaged vacation suppliers, and escorted tour companies simultaneously for real-time availability and pricing – and book with the confidence that leading technology and supplier-direct connections provide.
According to an official release, from a single online solution, Galileo customers will now have an easier way to access information from a variety of leisure product suppliers, including available inventory and rates, itineraries, groups (where applicable), images of deck plans, cabins, and hotels, the tools to manage customer profiles, and reporting.
“Our goal is to provide our agents with the tools they need to be the most effective merchandiser of leisure travel while maintaining a high level of efficiency for the agency,” says Dave Falter, President, Galileo Americas.
