This year, Trust Customer Conferences in Frankfurt and Singapore over the past weeks again exceeded expectations for the 120 attendees who attended to “Get the Pulse of Distribution”.

Frankfurt and Singapore – June 18, 2015 – Hoteliers each year eagerly anticipate Trust International’s annual Customer Conference for group sessions with top industry experts, brainstorming sessions with industry partners, executives and product development teams and nuts and bolts workshops that help them drive the biggest value out of their distribution investment. This year, Trust Customer Conferences in Frankfurt and Singapore over the past weeks again exceeded expectations for the 120 attendees who attended to “Get the Pulse of Distribution”.

 “We found the conference really interesting and informative and thoroughly enjoyed the panels and discussions with the external speakers and partners. We established new business contacts which we hope to become fruitful in the future.  We appreciated the new strategy to involve the clients more in the roadmap of future enhancements and look forward to next year’s conference.”  Romina Di Cristoforo , Head of Distribution Management for Small Luxury Hotels of the World™

Good to see that Trust has bought the Customer Conference concept to Asia/Pacific, as it is so much easier for us to join them in a hub location like Singapore. The addition of regional experts like Vivek Bhallah from CASAM Hospitality and the “trends in pricing” panel addressing the specific requirements we are facing here in Asia were relevant and informative,” noted Sharifah Alsagoff, Director, Central Reservations of Far East Hospitality.

Industry experts tackled a wide range of topics, revealing their visions for emerging trends and technologies, what the future may hold with the likes of Google and Amazon becoming major players in the toursim, and the challenges and opportunities some of the changes hold for hoteliers and distribution partners. Preferred distribution partners showcased numerous new products and services designed to increase productivity and revenue, ranging from automating small meeting bookings, assisting guests with local ground transportation, pricing management and strategy and engaging guests as brand advocates.

Trust International workshops shared tools and technologies for hoteliers to maximize opportunities in the hyper connected distribution world, while the Trust product development team shared the highlights of its newest products - Trust|Channels & Trust|Campaign and details of the newest features of yourVoyager, Trust|GuestBooker, Trust|OTA and Metasearches.  Trust also spotlighted the competitive advantages available through Trust IT and Call Center Services backed up by impressive case studies and documentation.

Featured industry experts and topics across the Frankfurt and Singapore events included:

Cindy Estis Green, CEO and Co-founder, Kalibri Labs - “Trends in Pricing” and “Spotlight on the Distribution Dynamics”;
Vivek Bhalla, CASAM Hospitality - “Distribution and Hotel Profitability”; and

 “Our Customer Conferences are invigorating events for our partners, customers and staff,” stated Richard Wiegmann, Managing Director of Trust International.  “It is fascinating to have discussions with industry experts, such as Cindy Estis Green, Peter O’Connor and Vivek Bhalla to, not only hear what the emerging trends are, but also brainstorm on the new opportunities and challenges they present and how we all can work together to create the next generation of solutions and strategies that will help us maximize those opportunities.”

Wiegmann added, “It is such a thrill for our team to get instant face-to-face feedback as we reveal our new products, services and upgrades that were sparked from previous Customer Conferences.  Our customers really appreciate that we have our finger on the pulse of the industry, listen to their ideas and act on them to give them what they want and need when they need it.”
