Webjet Ltd has agreed to buy international online travel agency Zuji, which operates in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, for $25 million.
In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange, Webjet said the purchase would be funded by a placement of approximately 6.9 million new shares in a bid to raise the capital.
Webjet said Zuji had a strong presence in Australia and a total annual transaction value of over $300 million.
