Published: 09 Jan 2009:Flight search engine Skyscanner has launched its affiliate programme, allowing web publishers to add Skyscanner´s online flight finding tools to their websites and earn commission at the same time.

In addition to text links and standard creatives such as static banners, skyscrapers and leaderboards, Skyscanner´s interactive Flight Search panel allows visitors to browse and view a selection of the cheapest flight prices, whilst still on the publisher´s site.

The creatives are highly configurable, enabling publishers to set up fixed routes or allow open ended searches.

"One of the things that sets our programme apart from our competitors is our unique Search Panel creative - which we believe is a first for our industry. Webmasters not only earn commission for referrals, but also enhance their website functionality by allowing their users to browse a selection of prices before choosing a flight," said Barry Smith, co-founder, Skyscanner.
