Thursday, 8 January 2009：Yatra.com has just launched a new ‘Yatra Fair Deal Promise’ on international airfares sold through its website which sees extras offered to their customers.
Customers of Yatra will be eligible for INR4000 of shopping vouchers with every air ticket, as well as an extra 10% off the base fare if paying with a MasterCard.
Additionally, customers now have the option to only pay 25% of the air ticket value upfront over the internet, with the balance available to be paid at a later date through other payment options including cheques or demand drafts.

“Our latest offering ‘Yatra Fair Deal Promise’ is aiming to reach out to the mid and large-size families, who through this scheme will be able to travel overseas by availing multiple payment schemes and offers.”
Yatra.com recorded a profit of USD120 million in 2007 and estimates that it will nearly double this to USD220 million for the full year 2008.
