Hyatt Hotels & Resorts Launches Campaign to Promote the Essence of the Hyatt Experience
Friday, November 07, 2008: Hyatt Hotels & Resorts is launching a new global advertising campaign which will be designed to communicate the hotel chains message of authentic hospitality.
Created by BBDO New York, the campaign features moments of anticipation, generosity and enjoyment at Hyatt properties globally and introduces the phrase, ´You´re more than welcome’, to express the essence of the Hyatt experience.
Senior Vice President Brand Communications, Amy Curtis-McIntyre spoke about the new campaign which will differentiate the Hyatt guest experience from other hotels.
“Across the world, across our brands, and in every segment we serve, the people of Hyatt are dedicated to providing a kind of hospitality that exceeds travelers´ expectations,´ said Amy Curtis-McIntyre, Senior Vice President Brand Communications.
“This campaign expresses the emotion involved in that commitment and the simple phrase ´you´re more than welcome´ sums up how we want every guest to feel when they stay with us.”
The campaign kicked off on November 2 with a 60-second television commercial, which will continue to air across the United States on highly-rated network and cable prime time programming, as well as on-line throughout November.
Internationally the commercial will appear in multiple languages and run on BBC World, CNN, ESPN, Discovery, Euronews and Eurosport.
The commercial which features actual Hyatt employees as well as local talent, was filmed in multiple destinations, including Hyatt Regency Monterey and Highlands Inn in California, Grand Hyatt Bali, Grand Hyatt Shanghai, Hyatt on the Bund, Park Hyatt Shanghai, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong and Hyatt Regency Jersey City.
