Smart hotel brand from Shanghai, OSTAY, raised tens of millions of dollars in a Series A round funding jointly made by Daiwa Securities Group Inc, ACA Investment Group of Singapore, and Japanese real estate fund. The investment will be used on upgrade of smart hardware, supply chain management, technology improvement, and so on.
Established in 2017, OSTAY partners with upstream developers and property funds to get property resources. It refurbishes the properties to provide travelers with smart and standardized hotel products.
