Mews raises €6M to expand property management services

Cloud-based PMS Mews has nabbed €6 million in Series A funding to increase automation for hotels and build on the growth of the company.

Cloud-based property management system Mews has nabbed €6 million in Series A funding to develop its platform and services for hotels. Notion led the round, with participation from HenQ and Thayer Ventures.

Mews will use the capital to increase automation for hotels and build on the growth the company has seen over the past year - expanding from 10 to 35 countries and increasing revenue by 20% per month.

Different Hotels, Machefert, Clink and Wombats are among its customers, and Mews has more than 43,000 beds in 350 properties that use its API to facilitate everything from online check-in and payments to booking management and staff training.
