CEO Jochem Wijnands is stepping aside to become chairman of its board of directors.
Replacing him is Arthur Hoffman, who moves up from an existing role as chief operating officer.
The platform now effectively lets people become an online travel agency, allowing them to take bookings for properties and earn a commission.
