Chinese economy hotel chain Homeinns Hotel Group has completed its merger with BTG Hotels Group, pursuant to the previously announced deal dated as of December 6, 2015. BTG Hotels has acquired Homeinns in a cash transaction valued at approximately US$1.2 billion and as a result of the merger, Homeinns ceased to be a publicly traded company.
