TripFactory, a vacation package seller, has raised $10 million in Series A funding from Aarin Capital, backed by Manipal Group’s Ranjan Pai and T V Mohandas Pai.

The startup, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Bangalore, says it will expand internationally from today’s domestic Indian market to Manila. It aims to boost its staff by 10 times from today’s 40 employees to 400.

It also plans to build a technology that can seemlessly connect travel concierges and agents with travelers.

TripFactory was launched in late 2013 by Amit Aggarwal and Vinay Gupta.

The company has travel concierges in 38 countries helping travelers book trips to more than 100 destinations. Its suppliers include Air Costa, Go Air, Jet Airways, and SpiceJet.

TripFactory says that it has sold 4,000 holidays worth about $2 million to date.
