International visitors arriving in the U.S. increased two percent to 6.1 million in September, marking the ninth consecutive month of increases in 2014.
For the first nine months of 2014, visitation increased seven percent to 56.4 million compared to last year.
For September, six of the largest source markets posted a decrease or no change in visitation; however, two markets — China and Brazil — posted double-digit increases of 20 percent and 17 percent, respectively.
