Dwellable raises $2 million to expand mobile app for vacation rentals
Seattle-based Dwellable has announced a $2 million round of financing.
The round was led by Version One Ventures and Maveron, and will be used to “continue the rapid pace of innovation on all mobile platforms.”
Additional participation in the round was from former HomeAway board director Rob Solomon, Zillow CEO Spencer Rascoff, Redfin CEO Glenn Kelman, Farecast founder Oren Etzioni, and other unnamed Seattle and Silicon Valley investors.
The company claims to be the #1 rated mobile app for vacation rentals, as it focuses exclusively on the mobile interface for finding and booking vacation rentals.
