While most online travel agencies are trying to build up their hotel business, Europe's eDreams Odigeo is being contrarian and thinks it can make lots of money on flights.

eDreams Odigeo, owned by private equity firms Ardian andPermira and management, is a roll-up of eDreams, Go Voyages, Opodo, Travellink and metasearch site Liligo.
