Terms of the deal have not been disclosed but a statement says the combination of the two companies will offer travel sellers “the largest collection of bookable and commissionable vacation rentals.”
LeisureLink offers distribution, revenue management and business information services to vacation rental owners. It runs a distribution platform called Marketspan as well as a consumer site, abetterstay.
The company received $9 million in Series C funding in late 2010 bringing total investment to $25 million.
