LowCostHolidays found that Android owners, on tablet or mobile, were more likely to look for “sunshine” travel closer to home in Europe.
During the last month of 2013, over a quarter of traffic on the site came via an Apple device, with New York and Dubai leading the list of destinations and other long haul resorts such as Sri Lanka, Maldives and Las Vegas winning the next three spots.
Android users were more likely to look for trips to destinations in mainland Spain, Tenerife and Ibiza.
