Travel management specialist Egencia has acquired Traveldoo, the business travel web and mobile company, with terms of the deal not disclosed.
In a statement, Expedia-owned Egencia says Traveldoo will operate as an autonomous business unit of Egencia with all staff remaining, including co-founder and managing director, Nabih El Aroussi.
Traveldoo’s booking solutions as well as its stable of customers, which includes big names such as Sony, Philips and Tesco, add to Egencia’s travel management capabilities.
