Southwest Airlines has pushed forward over rivals Delta and American Airlines, capturing nearly 22% of the airline website category in the US.
The low cost carrier has almost as much market share as the second and third placed airlines combined (12 and 10.5% for Delta and AA respectively) and more than JetBlue, Continental and US Airways put togethrt.
