Tripping, a social travel site connecting local hosts with travelers, received seed funding to fuel global expansion and marketing, the company says.
Quest Venture Partners led the funding round with a $450,000 investment.
Other funding from micro-venture capital players and angels is expected to “close shortly,” bringing the round up to $1 million, Tripping says.
