Tuesday, September 02, 2008: Marriott International announced plans of opening three more upper-moderately-priced Courtyard by Marriott hotels in France over the next 3 years.
The three Courtyard by Marriott’s will be located in St. Denis Pleyel (to open in 2009), Arcueil (2010) and Marseille Euromed Center (2011).
There are already two existing Courtyard by Marriott-branded hotels in Paris, with another scheduled to open in 2009 at Toulouse-Blagnac International Airport in France.
“We are excited to continue to expand our hotel presence in France and especially to grow our Courtyard brand representation in the country,” said Arne Sorenson, CFO for Marriott International.
This development of the two Courtyard by Marriott hotels in St Denis Pleyel and Arcueil continues Marriott International’s Courtyard development plan for France that was launched in 2004.
