UK travel companies show keenness towards mobile-friendly websites
Jun 30, 2008: One in two UK travel companies is planning to launch a mobile-friendly website in the next 12 months, according to a survey by Handy Group.
"There was a period of inertia where mobile technology was talked about but companies were unsure of how to integrate it into their broader technology, business and marketing plans," said Michael Lacy, Chief Executive Officer, Handy Group.
