The service will offer customers the freedom to build their travel itinerary. With this service Yatra.com aims to create holidays that will reflect personal taste, monetary control, comfort and break away from the regular group or fixed itineraries.
The travel itinerary can be customised in three easy steps by the customers –
· Choosing the flight and hotel
· Choosing the preferred activity
· Enjoy holiday, in the chosen manner.
Dhruv Shringi, Co founder & CEO, Yatra.com, said, "This move came from an extensive research exercise undertaken by Yatra.com that revealed that a large chunk of customers need personal space, free will and independence from the rigidity of the fixed itinerary. Hence we have looked into personalized itineraries that can maximize customer´s travel and holiday."
