The multiple has created a dedicated XML feed for trade partners to tap into hotel stock when building holidays for clients.

The feed allows agents to select accommodation for dynamically packaged trips or as part of a dedicated 7 or 14-night holiday.

In addition, ThomasCookHotels.com has launched this week for agents to select their own accommodation via a dedicated portal.

The trade-only area will include accommodation from across the Thomas Cook portfolio of charter brands, with TC acting as principle in all cases.

Thomas Cook head of sales and distribution, Stephen Vaughan, said: “Time and again independent agents have asked us to give them the ability to sell Thomas Cook accommodation in a totally flexible web environment and we are really pleased with what we have are now able to offer.”

“The launch of ThomasCookHotels.com gives the trade direct access to our extensive accommodation with the security of the Thomas Cook brand – so our trade partners can book their customers a quality hotel or apartment at fantastic rates with total confidence.”

Barrhead, Hays Travel and CTTG are launch partners for the XML feed system, Thomas Cook said.
