Tuesday, 20 December 2007: Travelocity India has added new material into its bookings tool to allow it to now access all new flight and holiday packages.

Now including some 450 domestic and international airlines choices from both full service carriers as well as low cost carriers, Travelocity India is now allowing Indian travellers to book departures from 80 Indian cities.

“Travelocity India is helping to transform travel bookings in our country, and giving travellers more choice, control - and more security - with their online travel bookings,” said Himanshu Singh, Travelocity India Managing Director.

Dynamic packaging technology will now be available online or Indian travellers, with the launch of new tools on the Travelocity.co.in site.

This will allow Indian travellers to pick and choose from a selection of flights and accommodation to make their own ‘package’.

Both the hotel and airline choices will be available in ‘real-time’, meaning that travellers will be able to receive live confirmations.
