BELLEVUE, Wash., June 4 -- Expedia® Corporate Travel (ECT) continues to deliver on its commitment to provide comprehensive airline content to business travelers by adding flights from JetBlue Airways and AirTran Airways, two of the most prominent low cost carriers in the U.S., to its award winning corporate travel site.

By enabling business travelers to find and book flights from JetBlue and AirTran, ECT extends its ability to match business travelers with the right options for their trips.

"At Expedia® Corporate Travel we listen to our customers and strive to ensure that their needs are met by offering them as many options as possible,” said Jean-Pierre Remy, president of Expedia® Corporate Travel.”Because of the close relationships we have formed with carriers who share our commitment to customers, we are able to provide business travelers with one of the largest selections of content available today.”

Business travelers booking JetBlue or AirTran flights on ECT have full access to both airlines’ inventory. Frequent fliers from both airlines will accrue miles for bookings done through ECT.

Adding JetBlue and AirTran to ECT enables corporate travel managers to further enhance their travel programs.  In addition to providing more choice for travelers, JetBlue and AirTran flights can now be managed from within an existing travel program.  This provides travel managers with additional visibility and control of their programs, leading to greater cost effectiveness.

"This is an exciting time for corporate travelers based on the number of options available today,” said Trey Urbahn, executive vice president, chief revenue officer for JetBlue Airways. “We look forward to extending our high-level of customer service, inflight entertainment and competitive fares and rewards to Expedia® Corporate Travel customers.”

”This is a great opportunity for AirTran to provide Expedia® Corporate Travel’s customers with more choices,” said Bob Fornaro, President and Chief Operating Officer for AirTran Airways. “With our everyday low fares and our great onboard amenities, Expedia® Corporate Travel’s customers can expect to arrive at their destination relaxed and ready to take on any business challenge.”

JetBlue and AirTran content is available to customers in the U.S.  Expedia Corporate Travel is working in parallel to extend its low cost and regional carrier offerings in Europe and Asia.
