Jeju Air’s entry into the Air Black Box Asia Pacific family has given the company specializing in cloud-based airline passenger software platforms another nod.
With its investment, Korea’s Jeju Air Co Ltd Jeju Air gains a seat on the company’s Board of directors and joins Scoot Tigerair Pte Ltd, ANA Holdings Inc, Nok Air Public Company Ltd, Cebu Air Inc., and VaultPAD Ventures Ltd as company investors. The Board will now comprise 10 members and an independent Chairperson.
Air Black Box is a UK-based, venture-backed company specializing in cloud-based airline passenger software platforms. It developed the world’s first dedicated multi-carrier interlining and booking system that gives any airline the tools to connect its products to a partner airline’s brand.
