The British haven’t quite got the Airbnb bug yet according to research released today.
A study on usage shows only 12% of travellers say they have used the peer-to-peer accommodation platform.
The World Travel Market Industry report reveals that while Airbnb has attracted huge investment and is estimated to be worth some $30 billion, it isn’t really on the radar for Brits.
The study shows that less than one in five, who have not used the service, are considering it for the future and, three-in-10 say they have no intention of trying it.
