DirectBooking, Amtt Net and Medeen announces merger plan
Chinese hotel marketing providers DirectBooking.cn, Amttnet.com and Medeen.net announced that the three companies will merge under DirectBooking.
Chinese hotel marketing service providers DirectBooking.cn, Amttnet.com and Medeen.net announced that they have entered into an agreement to merge into one entity that will become the "largest mobile internet hotel marketing platform in China". The new entity will operate under the brand of DirectBooking and serve more than 10,000 hotel clients, according to the company. DirectBooking.cn introduced cloud computing technology to support online direct sale for hotels in China and is now serving 6,000 mid-ranged and upscale hotels, according to the company. Amttnet.com was established in 2006 and is now serving more than 3,000 high-end hotels in Greater China, according to the company.
